I have the same problem, And what is this Ubercheese crap now..?
When I go to the http://www.bobbalodge.org.uk/ all it says is,

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\mysql.php on line 13
